WINTER ICE TEA

Ingredients

  • 4 cups earl grey-tea (cold)

  • 2 bergamots

  • 1 tsp. acacia honey

  • 10 ice cubes

Bergamots are in season during the winter months. If you cannot get hold of bergamots, mandarin or lemon juice can be used instead.

Start with brewing the tea on your favourite earl-grey leaves. Let the tee cool down. Cut the bergamots in two and press the juice. Add the cooled tea, honey and ice cubes. If you prefer the tea as an ice blend, you can blend the ingredients.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
