Would you like to join a foraging trip?

Hop on your bike and meet us at Kalvebod Fælled School at 4 PM on Friday, 19 June. From there, we’ll cycle about one kilometre to our foraging spot, where we’ll gather plants and hear a little about the spirit of the elder and how we honour her.

If you’d like to make your own elderflower cordial when you get home, make sure you have:
1 kg of sugar,
3 organic lemons, and a bit of citric acid (food-grade) ready in your kitchen.

Everyone is welcome – both children and adults.
