Self-Care can look like this:

  1. Going to bed early

  2. Turning off the News to read a book

  3. Taking a shower followed by a body oil-massage before going to bed.

  4. Writing/Journaling

  5. Investing in your self by taking a new course/training

  6. Waking up to see the sunrise

  7. Buying or sewing yourself a new piece of clothing, that really speaks to your heart and enhances your beauty.

  8. Telling yourself ‘I love you’ 3 times out loud.

  9. Doing some gardening - or trimming and re-potting of your house plants.

  10. Forest-bathing.

  11. Playing with/like a child

  12. Reading a fairy tale

  13. Doing some face Guasha

  14. Preparing a water drink with lemon, cucumber or/and mint.

  15. Finishing a poem called, “The way she could honour helself in this moment was…..”

  16. Taking a nap

  17. Forgiving yourself for past mistakes

  18. Make a vision board

  19. Dive into your dreams for yourself

  20. Going for a walk
