Wanderlust
The German word Wanderlust originally meant The Pleasure of Hiking.
People have always wandered in a quest for adventure and discovery, and our evolution as a species has depended on our new findings, exchanges and discoveries of new frontiers.
Back in in 1980s just before the birth of the tourist industry, Wanderlust was a tradition of solitary walking, which we in modern times can return to for insight on how to experience the world made new again.
Whether through walking meditations, medicine walks or doing a Sandwalk in the footsteps of Charles Darwin, solitary walks are a great way to clear you mind and solve the puzzle of your thinking mind.
